Our car was overheating on 680 and we pulled over next to Rosebery auto shop. We were letting the car cool down waiting for some assistance from a family member. My mom walked over to Rosebery and asked for their opinion. They took us in right away and they filled the truck with fluids and checked for leaks and pressure. They wouldn't accept any payment for their kindness. They were very friendly and helpful!!! We will return. THANK YOU!!

Roesbery Care Care is the Best in the West, and all of the rest Car Care Centers. They treat Customers Cars with TLC, and treat their Customers like Family.

I recently moved to WC from a small mountain town and had not needed any recent work on my car except for the occasional oil change. Of course that can change quickly! My steering pump decided to do battle with me and of course i lost. I drive for work and so my wheels are very important to me. I did some research and came across Roesbery Auto Car because of Yelp's great reviews. I was greeted on the phone by Mike (who i believe is the owner) and he worked with my schedule to get my car in, worked on, and picked up. During the process they even went as far as to call during the work just to let me know that the pump was indeed the problem and when i could expect my car to be finished (something i had never experienced, even from a small mountain towns local shop!) The local, friendly and trustworthy attitude that i came to love about a small town is definitely present at Roesbery auto, and i am happy to say that i would recommend them and i am glad i found my auto shop down here in this hustle and bustle.

Years ago, I was fortunate to have a flat tire...fortunate because the only place I could find that repaired flat tires at the time was a Roesbery /Valero gas station at Ygnacio & Oak Grove Rd. When my car needed other service as well, the gas station wasn't equipped to do everything my car needed. They referred me to the Roesbery Car Care on North Main in Walnut Creek. Since then, I've never had to worry a bit about the quality of workmanship, the honesty and integrity in management, and the reservoir of knowledge throughout all levels of the staff, because I have continued to go to the Roesbery Car Care on North Main. In addition, they have saved me quite a bit of $$ with their reasonable pricing structure, sales, and services due reminders. On top of all that, everyone who works there is a true pleasure to deal with. Yep, that was a very fortunate flat tire!

After a regular service at Stead Cadillac for my 2003 Escalade, Stead informed me that my vehicle was in need of some major repairs ... costing ~$5,000. I had a gut feeling that this quote appeared to be high. I contacted Roesbery and chatted with Mike (owner) ... he couldn't have been nicer and more knowledgeable. He offered to take a look at the vehicle free of charge and let me know what he thought. That same day he called me and confirmed that the work that I was advised by Stead as being needed was, in fact, correct. However, he quoted $2,100 to complete it! Throughout the repair process I was kept informed, and the work was done professionally and on-time. I couldn't be more pleased ... I am a new and raving fan!

Michael is a very understanding and helpful person. It's very seldom in today's fast pace society you find someone that will explain in detail the why and how about your car repair. I left Roseberry about a year ago, but found myself returning after some vey disappointing interactions with my dealership. Sometimes you have to lose a good thing, before you realize what you had. I'm glad I woke up, Roseberry will always be the Car Care Center for my vehicles going forward. Interaction with Michael I rate it as (6) stars and my car maintenance a (5+) stars. Nelson Silva
