This was my first time at Roesbery Car Care. I was very impressed with how Mila assisted me with what I needed done and with my appointment. She and the mechanic explained everything and even went the extra mile. The services they offered me was very personal and professional. I'm sorry I wasn't able to meet Mike...he wasn't there that day. I heard he use to be a Paramedic and I was a Firefighter/Paramedic for over 23 years. It's just great to receive that personal touch and family like treatment from a mechanic shop and to be treated with honesty. I will definitely be back for future services. Somehow I got the feeling that it was a much more honest experience then what I see elsewhere. Again, They explained everything thoroughly. Very fair prices, honest service. I am glad I found them. I even got a call from the Mike asking if everything was still okay. I also received a card in the mail from Mike and Mila thanking me for choosing them for my needs and saying that they appreciated my business. Dealership very rarely do that! I recommend Roesbery Car Care.

Mike and his crew went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was properly repaired and ready on time for critical business travel. They carefully diagnosed the problem. They even replaced a part at no charge that was suspect, but not clearly the problem, to help make sure the vehicle could be depended on to make the business trip safely and dependably.
