Had a great experience. Joe replaced front break pads as promised. Some shops will try to sell you new rotors with new pads when not needed, but Joe honored my wish for just installing new brake pads

Most impressed, I thought I needed brakes (some squeaking I heard a couple weeks ago and not knowing when the pads were replaced before) found a Groupon decided to try them out. They did a complete inspection and informed me that my brakes were in near new condition, no need to replace the pads. They were very nice, professional and have gained my respect, not performing work that wasn't needed. I will definitely go back when work is needed on one of my vehicles.
