Great service. Cheap, fast. Very friendly. Owner know his business. In San Ramon/Palo Alto.... refil oil cost around 100$ Roesbery make the same job for 25.... it was only 15min. Defenetly recommend this Shop...

Great customer service. Explained the problem with my brakes and did the work as soon as possible. Highly recommend this shop.

Unlike two other mechanics, Roesbery took my concern about the brakes seriously. At the other places I'd described a crunching noise and worried about the rotors given a past experience, but they simply shone a light into the wheel well and said the brake pads had a little material left and so dismissed the concern. Roesbery actually drove my car at both low and high speeds until they heard the same painful sound upon braking. Turns out the brake pad material was poor grade and it was glazing on the rotors. They had to replace both pads and rotors as I'd suspected. Now my car doesn't have that awful crunching, slipping sound and I have more confidence in my car's stopping ability.
