Roesbery's is an old-school, trust-based kind of place that I didn't know existed anymore. The kind of place where they call you to ask how your car is doing and appointments are scheduled as "sometime Monday or Tuesday morning". Dropping off my car for service takes about a minute - no stacks of papers to sign, just handing over the key and a verbal "we'll call you later". And they really do call within a reasonable time. Pick up is just as easy and if you can't make it there before they close, they'll leave the key hidden somewhere outside. If something needs to be fixed beyond what you've planned, Mike explains it all and there's never a sales push. In fact, the last couple times I was there, they discounted my service without me asking and based on coupons I didn't even know existed. Needless to say, I don't intend to go anywhere else!
