Mike is honest! And he does a great job with a fair price. He presents options and gives his opinions. He gets to know your car and can tell you what you need and what you don't. We once took our car in with a wheel issue. He diagnosed loose lug nuts, tightened all of them and didn't charge me a dime! Thanks Mike for treating us right.

Called Mike this morning at 8AM. The electric window on my car had stopped working the night before. I informed Mike that I know it is short notice, but I really need the car back by the afternoon. Mike said, "No problem come on down." Dropped my car off and thought, while i'm here maybe have them change the oil. Again no problem. The customer service at Rosebery Car Care is OUTSTANDING!!! They really put their customer's first. Mike had me in and out before lunch was over!! Thanks again Mike!!!! As a 25 year Walnut Creek resident i feel extremely thankful to have such an outstanding customer service based business right in my own backyard! I will be recommending Rosebery Car Care to everyone i know!!!!
