Roesbery’s was busy but took time to do my oil change. They were very thorough and customer service was great.

The most considerate customer care we could have experienced. I had hit a curb and destroyed my transmission oil pan and jammed a bunch of screws. Although it was an extensive and dire repair, they fixed it within a day of receiving the parts. Mila had such a superb ambiance and mindfulness when walking through everything with us. Very much the vibe of a long time friend or family member. Everything was incredibly reasonable as well. She even texted me the next day to check in on me and the car. Made it over with the dreaded RED TRIANGLE. A quick diagnosis led to the water pump. They had the part handy. Within a few hours I was back in business. Very nice people. Great service.

I popped in early, the day after a holiday, for an unscheduled Smog Check. I was kind of in a hurry because my daughter was leaving town and I had to get to work. They were friendly and efficient and took care of it really quickly. I had a great experience.
